Fashion Stories, hosted by fashion designer and environmentalist Runa Ray, is a weekly interview show featuring female fashion changemakers, disruptors and innovators that are uplifting and championing the global South Asian community.

Runa Ray is a fashion designer and environmentalist. As an innovator, Runa Ray's designs encompass nature-based solutions. She has helped revive ancient and indigenous techniques that reduce our impact on the earth and brings together the fashion industry with science-based knowledge. Runa Ray, originally from Bangalore and now living in California, has worked extensively with the United Nations on Sustainable Development Goals advocacy projects focused on climate action, gender equality, poverty, and biodiversity loss. Her partnership with the Prince Albert II Foundation helped in conserving marine protected areas. Runa Ray is a column writer for the CFDA, IOC UNESCO, Deccan Herald, and the World Bank. In association with the CFDA and Swarovski’s Regeneration Scholar Award 2021, she is the lead mentor. She is an educational member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
